How can I edit my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make edits to shipping addresses once the order is confirmed. If your order is returned to us for any reason, we’ll make sure it finds its way to your front door



My apartment/unit number isn’t showing in my shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

I’m having an issue tracking my order!

Having trouble following your order’s journey? No worries, Beauty.

We’ll send you tracking information as soon as it’s available. My tracking says my order was delivered, but I have not received the package.

We believe this to be the result of the shipping carrier incorrectly marking packages as delivered based on the GPS of the truck’s route. Several other Iconic Beauty customers have experienced similar issues & received their items in the following days.
