RETURNS 

We hope you will love your recent Iconic Beauty investment in your self. If for some reason you are not satisfied, Iconic Beauty offers returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please email hello@iconicbeauty.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the state of those item(s), and a reason for return, and a member of our Iconic Support Squad will be happy to assist you.

We inspect all returned items. Hair Care returns must contain at least one-half the amount of volume of the original Product shipped to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please allow up to three (3) weeks for processing your return and for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If approved you will be refunded back to your original form of payment or with an Iconic Beauty gift card. Purchases made with gift cards will only be refunded with a gift card. 

Iconic Beauty reserves the right to not offer this refund to any user suspected of abusing this Return Policy. If you receive such notice from Iconic Beauty, regardless of whether such abuse is established, you acknowledge that by making subsequent purchases, you agree not to participate in this refund program.

If any items are damaged when you receive your order, please email hello@iconicbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the items, and we will send you a replacement. Please allow up to three (3) weeks for the processing and shipment of such a replacement item.
