We do not offer individual samples at this time. However, we do offer a 7-pack pouch that allows you to try the product for a week before committing to a daily routine. Hair Care Product Questions
We think so! Clean can mean a lot in beauty today. Our hair care products are free of sulfates, phthalates, and parabens. They aren’t all vegan, but some are, look for the bunny on the product page to know the difference. And while many customers have enjoyed our products while pregnant or nursing, and used them on their children, if you are concerned we recommend contacting your doctor for their professional opinion on usage.

Orders and Returns

Everybody loves a good deal, right? As a quick reminder, some promotions may have limiting parameters, be sure to read the fine print before using a promotional code for a purchase. Discount codes are not valid on previous orders, gift cards, subscriptions, or promotional items. Other restrictions may apply. It’s helpful to include what’s in your shopping cart in your message so that our Iconic Support Squad can provide you with the most accurate information in their reply.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders after they are placed, including editing the contents of an order, changing the shipping address, or canceling it entirely. Please confirm all details, including shipping information & the contents of your order before completing it. If you need help managing future subscription orders please log into your account and click on the “subscriptions” button to make changes accordingly.
We accepts all major credit cards, Afterpay, Google Pay and Iconic Beauty Gift Cards. Google Pay & Afterpay will default to shipping to the address associated with that account, so be sure to double-check your details before placing the order!

We’re so sorry to hear about this delay. Often carriers mark shipments delivered before they have been physically delivered, we also have found them likely to deliver packages to incorrect addresses, placing them behind plants or items on your front porch, or in a communal mail area where they can accidentaly be picked up by a neighbor. We recommend first asking around to see if anyone might accidentally have your package. If it still cannot be located, and it has been more than 2 business days since you received the delivered email, please get in touch with our Iconic Support Squad team at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to make things right.
Having trouble following your order’s journey? No worries, Beauty! In rare instances packages get held or mishandled while changing hubs causing your tracking information to not be current. We recommend waiting 2-3 business days for this to work itself out, if that time has passed and you are still not seeing any progress please get in touch with Iconic Support Squad at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to help you out.
