Iconic Beauty Return Policy
We hope you will love your Iconic Beauty products, but in the event, you are not satisfied, Iconic Beauty offers a thirty (30) day return policy on full-sized Products that you have not previously purchased. Please email hello@iconicbeauty.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our customer support team will assist you with your free return within the United States.
We inspect all returned items. Product returns must contain at least one-half the amount of volume of the original Product shipped. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please allow up to three (3) weeks for processing your return and for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Iconic Beauty reserves the right to not offer this refund to any user suspected of abusing this Return Policy. If you receive such notice from Iconic Beauty, regardless of whether such abuse is established, you acknowledge that by making subsequent purchases, you agree not to participate in the subscription refund program.
If any items are destroyed or damaged when you receive your order, please email hello@iconicbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the items, and we will send you a replacement. Please allow up to three (3) weeks for processing and shipment of such a replacement item.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
I bought a bundle but only want to return an individual item. How do I do this?
